How to Use

ESPA Men's Post Shave Rescue Balm 50ml

☼ AM / ☽ PM

When to Use: After shaving. Press gently onto face and neck, and smooth into skin until fully absorbed.

Aveeno Calm & Restore SFP 50 15ml

☼ AM / ☽ PM: Apply liberally to face and neck as the last step of your skincare routine.

Aveeno Oat Gel Moisturiser 15ml: Massage into cleansed skin twice a day.

Avant Skincare Proactive Mandelic Acid Restoring and Anti-Pollution Toner 30ml: Using a cotton ball or pad, gently sweep toner across your face to help rid the surface of your skin of any impurities that might still remain.

Shiseido Men's Ultimune Serum 10ml: Pump twice onto your palm and smooth evenly over the face.

Dragons Blood Sculpting Gel 50ml: Gently smooth over clean face and neck, with particular focus on any premature areas of skin ageing and allow to absorb slowly.

Rituals Homme 24h Anti-Perspirant Spray 150ml: Shake well before use. Hold the can 15cm from the underarm and spray.

Philip Kingsley Flaky/Itchy Shampoo 20ml: Use daily until scalp is clear, and thereafter at regular intervals as required. Apply to wet hair and lather, gently kneading the scalp for 60 seconds. Rinse well and repeat if necessary. Follow with the appropriate Philip Kingsley Conditioner and Flaky/Itchy Scalp Toner.

Philip Kingsley Flaky/Itchy Conditioner 20ml: Apply to the mid-lengths and ends of cleansed wet hair after using Flaky/Itchy Scalp Shampoo, rinse well. Do not apply to your scalp, as this can weigh your roots down.

BARBER PRO Warming Eye Mask x1: Hook the ear loops over your ears and position the mask over the eye area. Enjoy 20 minutes of gentle warmth over the eye areas.

First Aid Beauty KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub Original 2oz: Apply onto wet skin and gently massage with fingertips. Rinse and pat dry.

L'Occitane Lavande Poivre Noir Shower Gel 75ml: Use your hands to work it into a lather. Gently massage, clean the body, then rinse.

Weleda Skin Food 75ml: Gently smooth into the skin until the cream is absorbed.

Murdock London Black Tea Cologne 50ml: Spray onto pulses.

Aromatherapy Muscle Shower Oil 50ml: Bring a little therapy to a bathing experience by massaging this oil all over prior to stepping into a warm bath or shower.

Bulldog Sensitive Face Wash 150ml: Massage on to the skin on the face and neck, rinse off with warm water and pat the skin dry with a towel.

Lookfantastic Cleansing Cloth x1: Use to gently wipe the face and skin helping to remove dirt, excess oil and impurities.

Ruffians Matt Clay 30g: Work through dry or damp hair and define strands to complete the look.

Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream for Men 15ml

Apply a pea size amount into the hands and warm together. Gently smooth over the face and neck

Shaving brush x1: Use to work shaving cream into a rich lather and apply evenly to the skin, helping to prepare facial hair for a smooth shave.

Acnecide Pimple Patches x12: Apply the right size pimple patch and leave it on for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Comb x1: Use to gently detangle and style the hair, helping to keep it neat and well-groomed.

This Works Deep Sleep Plus Pillow Spray 10ml: Spray a fine mist over your pillow before you go to sleep.

Murdock London Sea Salt Spray 150ml: Spritz through wet or dry hair before styling.

Vichy Mineral 89 Hyaluronic Acid Booster Serum 10ml

Routine: Follow with other serums and moisturiser.

Aery Fernweh Candle - Himalayan Cedarleaf 155g: When first burning candle allow the wax melt pool to reach the edges. Burn for a minimum two hours and maximum four hours.

Ameliorate Clarifying Body Spray 200ml

☼ AM / ☽ PM: Shake well and apply on clean skin. Avoid the face. Massage in and allow to dry.
