Order Terms & Acceptance
By placing an order with Glam Moda, you agree to purchase the selected items at the listed price, including applicable shipping fees, taxes, and duties (where relevant).
All orders are subject to stock availability, payment authorization, pricing verification, and fraud screening. Glam Moda reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or policy violations.
If an order is canceled by Glam Moda, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.
Before confirming your purchase, customers are responsible for verifying product details, including size, color, and quantity.
Delivery & Shipping Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on:
- Product availability
- Sourcing location
- Destination country
- Courier transit times
- Customs clearance
- Force majeure events
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–7 business days, while total delivery time may range up to 30 business days or longer special-order items.
Glam Moda is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable global couriers, including:

Carrier selection depends on destination, package type, and logistical considerations.
Non-Serviceable Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate and complete. Glam Moda is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Signature on Delivery
Signature on delivery is not guaranteed by default.
If signature confirmation is required, customers must request it in writing via email or include a request in the Order Notes at checkout. Additional fees may apply.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- In certain countries, government regulations require customs authorities to inspect shipments before duties and taxes can be assessed, meaning courier partners are not permitted to prepay these charges on behalf of customers. As a result, import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and related charges may be payable by the recipient upon delivery, as determined by local customs authorities or courier partners.These charges may be collected upon delivery by courier or local customs authorities
- Glam Moda is not responsible for delays or additional fees imposed by border authorities.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier and marked as delivered.
Glam Moda is not liable for packages marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen, including theft from doorsteps, reception areas, or shared buildings.
If a shipment arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographic evidence. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Failed Delivery & Uncollected Shipments
If delivery fails due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect address
- Refusal to pay customs duties
- Failure to collect shipment
Glam Moda is not responsible for resulting losses. Additional reshipping or return costs may apply and may be deducted from any refund.
Order Accuracy & Fulfillment
While we strive for accuracy, Glam Moda does not guarantee error-free fulfillment. If an item is unavailable or incorrectly listed, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order and issue a refund if necessary.
Order confirmation emails do not constitute final acceptance until the order has been processed and dispatched.
Force Majeure
Glam Moda shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, customs disruptions, or courier interruptions.
