Return & Refund Policy — Glam Moda LLC

Refund Methods

Approved refunds may be issued either as store credit or refunded to the original payment method, depending on customer preference and eligibility.

Refunds do not include non-refundable charges, such as:

  • Shipping fees
  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Clearance charges

Glam Moda LLC is not responsible for foreign exchange differences, bank fees, or payment processor charges that may occur during refund processing.


Klarna Orders – Special Refund Policy

For orders placed using Klarna, the following terms apply:

  • Customers have the right to a free return within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unopened and unused for sanitary and hygiene reasons

  • No restocking fees will be charged

  • Exchanges or store credits are not applicable for Klarna purchases

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

Return Shipping

  • For Klarna orders: Return shipping is free

  • For other payment methods: Return shipping costs may apply unless stated otherwise

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened or used.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases of:

  • Verified manufacturing or quality defects
  • Items damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect items sent

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or fit issues
  • Personal preference
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Final sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Customers must inspect items immediately upon delivery and report any issues promptly.


How to Request a Return

To request a return authorization:

  1. Email shop@glam-moda.com within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue
  4. Wait for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before shipping any item

Returns sent without prior authorization will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.


Return Conditions & Deadlines

If approved:

  • The return request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
  • The item must be shipped back within 24 hours of approval
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, accessories, authenticity cards, dust bags, and labels must be included

Items that are worn, damaged, altered, soiled, or missing original components will not be accepted and may be returned at the customer’s cost.


Return Shipping Rules

  • Returns must use the same courier service as the original shipment unless otherwise approved
  • Items must be returned from the original delivery country/location, unless approved by customer care
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the return is due to Glam Moda LLC verified error

Refund Processing Timeline

Once the returned item is received and passes inspection:

  • Refunds will be issued within a reasonable processing timeframe
  • Glam Moda LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds if returned items fail inspection

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, customers must place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, due to automated processing and sourcing workflows.


Repeated Returns & Abuse Prevention

To protect against fraud and misuse:

  • Glam Moda LLC reserves the right to limit, suspend, or deactivate accounts that show excessive or suspicious return activity
  • We may refuse future return requests at our discretion

Luxury Item Conditions (Important)

Due to the nature of luxury products:

  • Items showing wear, odor, makeup stains, creases, or use will be refused
  • Products with removed tags, broken seals, missing dust bags, or damaged packaging will not be accepted
  • Authenticity seals, labels, or security tags must remain intact
